Cathy's teaching style is life changing veil-lifting approach to bring awareness to old non-fruitful communication styles.  Working with her changed my home, work and relationships dynamic.  Best of all the power was  within me all along.  Cathy coached me through embracing me for me and letting the beauty shine.  Hours of traditional therapy couples and individually and thousands of dollars over the years did not accomplish the change and empowerment brought on by our partnership in becoming my better self.  Thank you Cathy!  You're a vital asset to a world that longs for more peace in our homes and love in our lives.
