Set your Limen 10 minutes before you go to sleep at night. What is Limen?
Limen is the threshold of a physiological or a psychological response.
Take 10 minutes to prepare a list..for the next day (your intentions for the day)..YANG…PRODUCTIVE TOMORROW…example: do laundry,go grocery shopping, clean the house…
.ok..now the other column is the YIN..PROCESSES TOMORROW…walk on the beach, lunch with a friend, and go to the movies….(in the morning prioritize your list (the plan for the day)
If you really want an exercise to see if you’re balanced with WORK (YANG ) AND PLAY(YIN)
take 2 glasses and 12 buttons….fill one glass with work items and the other with play items.
