What do you do or not do when you get negative feelings? ie; breakup in relationship, loss of a spouse, lose your job, divorce etc
I think you got my message. The way out of a negative feeling is a positive decision followed by action or inaction asap!
Yes….pick yourself up and take action by doing or feeling something positive. Example: Meet new people, go to a place where people are happy…a sporting event, a concert, a party. If you lose your job, set time aside to investigate new opportunities on the internet, call friends ask around if any jobs are available. If you lose a spouse, join a support group. Being with healthy people is the best! If you want to get a dog that’s the second best or get in touch with nature! ….Stay away from THINGS! Things ie; cookies, face book, drinking alcohol etc…tend to be more addicting and may cause more damage!
Remember who you love first! YOU!
