It’s September and I believe time is going by fast. If you watch the news or read social media there isn’t one day where I have not witnessed an angry person. This excludes the people of Texas and Florida. There are 3 ways to communicate. 1) Intimidate people with fear(Bully) 2) Seduce people with guilt 3) (Whiner) 3)Negotiate (Credible)
What are the reasons people are not willing to negotiate good deals? A win win. There are the people that are angry and the people that are sad. Where are the negotiators?
According to Muriel James the author of “Born To Win”, she says “Winners don’t pretend to have all the answers and they listen to others.”
Perhaps, people are not listening? What do you think? A winner cares about the world and it’s peoples.
