The 2nd definition is a submissive person who allows others to dominate them. Which ever one fits you or someone you know…..read the following.

If you are a DOORMAT and you don’t want to be one, I have some communication information to assist you with change. First of all what do you want to be? Do you want to be a person who says what they WANT and DON’T WANT. Are you lacking self esteem? Were you ever cherished or respected? These questions will be explained so you will understand the difference.
